  • 'Our stories are the lifeblood of who we are'

Following the screening, William’s presentation dives deep into the complexities of mental and emotional health, exploring themes of embracing our full, authentic selves, including the ‘dark parts’ we often fear, like vulnerability, fragility, and the uncomfortable truths we tend to avoid. The Ebbs and The Flows will highlight the power of community connection and how true strength lies in our ability to listen, love, and support one another, rather than striving for perfection. The talk will also touch on the transformative role of acceptance, action and a deeper understanding in our healing journeys, emphasizing how storytelling can be a powerful tool for self-expression, connection, and growth. This is an invitation to redefine what it means to be whole, embracing imperfection and nurturing the bonds that help us thrive.
